Pre & Post Camp Care
Will your child need supervision before or after camp? Supervision for your camper in the early morning before camp starts and in the late afternoon after camp ends is not included in the price of your camp. If you would to like to purchase either a Pre or Post Camp Care session, please include this request in your registration. For more details click here.

When You Get Here
Translink has an extensive bus service to SFU with a bus stop located adjacent to the Camps Program central meeting area. Twenty-minute courtesy parking is available for drop-off and pick-up in the Visitor Parkade adjacent to the gym. Full details on parking and drop-off/pick-up procedures will be included in your registration confirmation email (sent 1 week before camp).
Children with Disabilities
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our campers. In order to ensure the best experience for children with disabilities, we encourage parents to contact us to collaborate to find a program that will be best suited for your child.
Where resources allow, we would be happy to provide a volunteer who can provide additional assistance, but please keep in mind that these volunteers do not necessarily have any specific training on working with people with disabilities. Our volunteers are mostly high school students. SFU Camp volunteers complete our camp training program and are required to have a clear Criminal Record.

If a program does not fill to its minimum required capacity one week prior to its start, SFU Athletics & Recreation reserve the right to cancel the program and to refund program fees in full.
If the participant needs to withdraw from a program:
More than 5 business days (M-F) prior a course start date:
A full refund (less a 15% administration fee per program) will be issued for each program cancellation one or more weeks prior to the program start.
Five or fewer business days (M-F) prior a course start date:
No refunds will be issued for a withdrawl form a program with less than one week notice prior to the start date.
A refund may be considered based on the following:
- Receipt of written medical recommendation from a Doctor.
- If the program has not commenced a full refund (less a 15% administration fee per program) will be issued.
- If the program has commenced a pro-rated refund (less a 15% fee per program) will be issued based on the number of days the participant has attended.
- Receipt of written recommendation from the Course Instructor or program administrator stating the circumstances by which the program is unsuitable.
-If the program has not commenced a full refund (less a 15% administration fee per program) will be issued.
-If the program has commenced a pro-rated refund (less a 15% fee per program) will be issued based on the number of days the participant has attended.
Program transfers will be considered by administration and are dependent on course minimum registration. A $5 transfer fee may apply.
