Why do I need to change the frequency?

A classroom next door may also be using clickers in which case you would need to change the frequency or you would capture the classes next doors votes.

How do I change the frequency?

To change the frequency on your base unit:

1. Click iclicker in your iclicker folder

2. Choose your course

3. Click Start Session

You will see the following pop up window if another instructor is using the same frequency:

4. Click Yes

5. Click My Settings

4. Change the subfrequency code to something other then AA

5. Click Set for Course

To change the frequency on the remote:

1. Start the session

You will see the following pop up window:

2. Follow the instructions to change the frequency.

3. Click Close
