Our students and new graduates access our online job posting system to find full-time, part-time, summer jobs and internship opportunities. There are 2 ways to post a job:

 

  1. Post a job directly to our online database. Contact us for step-by-step instructions.

     

    Fee: $50 for SFU only job posting

  3. Postings Plus
    Let us do the work for you! Our Postings Plus service includes a 30-day posting with targeted on-campus marketing and promotion, plus free consultation with our Career Account Managers.

  • Information Session

An excellent way to connect with students and new graduates, and increase your visibility on campus.

 

Information sessions typically last for one hour including a presentation, a question and answer period, and time to mingle with potential future employees.

 

You will receive comprehensive marketing and promotion, the venue, basic AV set-up and referrals to catering services.

 

This service includes a free 30-day job posting on workopolisCampus.com.

 

Fee: $200 during regular season, $300 during peak season (from Sep 15 - Oct 10)

 

  • Information Table

Promote your organization and current work opportunities in a high traffic area on campus at an Information Table. You select the date and time and we do the rest including comprehensive marketing and promotion of your site visit.

 

This service includes a free 30-day job posting on workopolisCampus.com.

 

Fee: $110

 

  • Resume Collection

We collect resumes from students who apply to your postings and send the resumes to you electronically or via your courier.

Fee: $50

 

  • Interview Room

Interview on campus in comfortable and easily accessible interview rooms to facilitate your campus recruitment.

 

Fee: $40 per room. Additional rooms available at reduced fee.

 

  • Interview Scheduling

Leave the scheduling to us. We will contact and schedule interviews for your candidates. Your interview schedule is emailed to you prior to your site visit. Two weeks advance notice is recommended for this service.

 

Fee: $75

 

  • Career Fairs

Showcase your company and promote your career and employment opportunities. Students and alumni want to see you here.

 

Career Days - our largest annual discipline-wide career fair every September with more than 3,000 students and alumni attending each year

 

International Opportunities Fair (IOF) - an ideal event every Septemeber showcasing study, work and/or volunteer opportunities around the world to more than 4,000 students and alumni

 

Summer Hiring Fair - our employment fair in January/February with a focus on seasonal full-time and part-time employment

 

Fee: Various depending on event and exhibition package

Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees*

An administrative fee of $25 is charged for any last minute date and room changes. Recruiting fees are non-refundable 14 days prior to the event.
