Our students and new graduates access Symplicity, our online posting system to find full-time, part-time, summer jobs; internship and educational opportunities; external services and recruitment events (on and off campus). This one-stop posting site is accessible by over 30,000 SFU students and 100,000 alumni. There are 2 ways to post your opportunity: Self Service and Postings Plus. Please see charges below. Note these fees do not apply to Volunteer Postings.

Post a job directly to Symplicity, SFU's online job database for students and alumni. Contact us at career_services@sfu.ca for step-by-step instructions.
Fee: $50* for SFU only job posting
Let us do the work for you! Our Postings Plus service includes a 30-day posting on Symplicity, an internal job board for SFU students and Alumni.
Contact us at career_services@sfu.ca and provide us with your job description in simple Microsoft Word format.
Fee: $75*
We collect resumes from students who apply to your postings and send the resumes to you electronically or via your courier.

Be the only featured job or organization on student's Symplicity home page, viewed each time a student logs in. This feature provides students with a direct link to your posting. Statistics have shown that jobs/organizations featured had significant increases in number of students viewing their posting. Let us know your week of choice. First come, first serve basis.

An excellent way to connect with students and new graduates, and increase your visibility on campus.
Information sessions typically last for one hour including a presentation, a question and answer period, and time to mingle with potential future employees.
You will receive comprehensive marketing and promotion of your event, the venue, RSVP, basic AV set-up and referrals to catering services.
This service includes a free Postings Plus package, which includes a 30-day posting on Symplicity and targeted on-campus marketing and promotion of the posting, plus a free consultation with a Career Services campus recruitment expert.
Fee: $250* during regular season, $350 during peak season (from Sep 1, 2011 - Oct 8, 2011)
Promote your organization and current work opportunities in a high traffic area on campus at an Information Table. You select the date and time and we do the rest including comprehensive marketing and promotion of your site visit.
This service includes a free Postings Plus package, which includes a 30-day posting on Symplicity and targeted on-campus marketing and promotion plus a free consultation with a Career Services campus recruitment expert.
Fee: $150*
Interview on campus in comfortable and easily accessible interview rooms to facilitate your campus recruitment.
Fee: $50* per room. Additional rooms available at $25* per room.
Leave the scheduling to us. We will contact and schedule interviews for your candidates. Your interview schedule is emailed to you prior to your site visit. Two weeks advance notice is recommended for this service.
Fee: $100* (1-10 candidates), $125* (11-20 candidates), $150* (21-30 candidates)
* HST will be added to all fees upon invoicing. Fees and services are subject to change without notice.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees **
An administrative fee of $25 is charged for cancellations or significant, last-minute changes (For example: rooms, dates, etc.)
Refund Policy **
Recruiting fees are non-refundable 14 days prior to the event.
