Kaitlin Branch presented her NSERC USRA work titled " Investigating the Biological Activity of Ruthenium Cymene Complexes Bearing Substituted Phenol Benzimidazole Ligands" (supervisor: Dr. Charles Walsby).
Ian Chagunda presented his NSERC USRA work titled " Development of Bimetallic Ruthenium Complexes for Targeted Anti-Cancer Activity" (supervisor: Dr. Charles Walsby).
Honorable mentions also go to past winners, Danaan Cordoni-Jordan and Ana Sonea.
Danaan presented her Chem 481 work titled " Determining the Feasibility of Photochemical Production of Free Radicals in Clathrate Hydrates" (supervisor: Dr. Paul Percival) and Ana presented her Chem 484 work titled " Molecular Catalysts for Electrochemical Reduction of CO2 to CO" (supervisor: Dr. Jeffrey Warren).
