Emmanuel Balogun awarded an NSERC Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship

Congratulations to Emmanuel Balogun on receiving a 2021 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship!

Emmanuel is PhD student studying polymer chemistry in the Holdcroft laboratory. His research is focused on reducing the cost and optimizing the performance and durability of fuel cell devices by using cheaper, efficient, and environmentally-friendly starting materials.

Emmanuel has also been the recipient of a BCAA Environmental Studies in Transportation Award, a MITACS Research Training Award, and three Chemistry Graduate fellowships.
