General essay topic:

“In the readings for the week, discuss the form given by the poet to the content.

In your discussion, consider the esthetic experience generated by the artwork.”

This course requires you to do two 500 word essays (2 pages each, double-spaced).

Essay #1 is due before the midterm on the day of your chosen readings.

Essay #2 is due after the midterm on the day of your chosen readings.
