Partners and collaborating agencies

A network of partners and collaborators from Vancouver’s HIV and literacy communities supports Literacy Lives.

Partners support the project with advice, guidance and expertise; communication and dissemination help; and other resources and knowledge.

Collaborators are local organizations that work with people who are potential learners for the Certificate pilot program. All six collaborating organizations have a staff member (referred to as a “community coordinator”) who has hours paid for with project funds and who is tasked with recruiting, referring and supporting learners throughout the 26-week curriculum.
