Why won't the printer print my job?

This can happen for many reasons:

  • You haven't got enough cash funds left on your SFU printing account.
  • You may have requested the wrong paper size. The printers in CSIL only support Letter size paper, specifying any other size may cause the printer to hang.
  • The printer may be out of paper.
  • The printer may be jammed.

Please email helpdesk if the printer in CSIL isn't working.

The CSIL printer is not working. How do I print?
