End of life: the CSIL Git servers  have been shut down as of Feb 15 2024

 

Git is a free and open source distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed and efficiency.

 

SFU now runs an Enterprise Github server at github.sfu.ca and all SFU users are encouraged to make use of that.

 

Computing Science will decommisison our CSIL gitlab server before year 2024 (at the end of Fall 2023 semester).

  • It will no longer accept new users as of Wednesday December 6th, 2023.
  • It will no longer allow users to update files as of Tuesday December 19th, 2023.
  • It will be shut down entirely on Thursday February 15th, 2024.

Please move your content to the SFU github server.

In the meantime, it remains available to CSIL users. Click here to know how to access CSIL GIT servers.
