Certificate in Canadian Business Management Fundamentals

We at SFU Continuing Studies appreciate your interest in the Certificate in Canadian Business Management Fundamentals (presented in Mandarin). It has been our pleasure to serve you.

We had an opportunity to recognize the first graduates of this program in 2011, and we were pleased to hear that the certificate has been extremely valuable to them. Unfortunately, the program is no longer sustainable in its current format. We will offer all five of the program courses for the last time in 2012.

We will offer Introduction to Business Administration, Introduction to Marketing, and Fundamentals of Accounting between February and April 2012. Registration for these courses is now open. Human Resource Management and Business Law will be available later in 2012.

If you have been accepted into the program, or you have been taking courses but have not yet applied to the program, this course schedule should allow you to complete the certificate. To apply to the program, please contact us at mpp-info@sfu.ca.

If the upcoming courses in the Certificate in Canadian Business Management Fundamentals do not fit your schedule, you may complete the certificate by taking certain equivalent courses through our English-language Certificate in Management program. You must complete equivalent courses at SFU Vancouver or SFU Surrey by the end of 2012 to receive the Certificate in Canadian Business Management Fundamentals.
