How to report an issue

In the Message field, please provide as many details as possible, such as:

  1. the name of the system you are trying to access (e.g., WebCT),
  2. the name of your browser (e.g., Firefox),
  3. your operating system (e.g., Windows Vista), and
  4. whether or not you are able to log in to other systems

We will do our best to direct your query to the most appropriate support person and get you a response as soon as possible.
