Add some energy and wellbeing to your day at the SFU Vancouver Wellness Studio! Free fitness classes run several times throughout the week. Classes are drop-in, and on a first-come, first-seated basis for SFU students, staff and faculty.
Tea @ Three
Come enjoy tea and snacks with the SFU Vancouver community once a month. Get to know what your neighbours are researching and studying. Bring your tea cup!

City Conversations is an opportunity to discuss Vancouver's current issues with the help of experts. Including a group dialogue, this program has a different topic on the first and third Thursday of each month.
Lunch Poems @ SFU features local poets reading their work along with a Q&A session. Taking place on the third Wednesday of each month, Lunch Poems is a great, free opportunity to infuse art and poetry into your workday.
Ping Pong Fridays
Spend a study break or your lunch break moving with a game of ping pong in the lobby of our Harbour Centre building. The table is set up on Fridays, when space is available, and every day throughout the summer semester.
SFU Vancouver Walks

SFU Vancouver Walks takes the Vancouver streets by storm every Thursday. Meet beside the Belzberg Library at 12:00 pm. The group looks for new routes every week, so share your favorite walking paths downtown with us. If we have enough people, we can have two pace groups.
