Communicating Through Change

Leaders set strategy, but employees effect change. Recent research indicates that communications is one of three core resources necessary for successful change.

Over four interactive sessions, you will learn how to plan and implement communication strategies in support of organizational and project change. Using games, case studies, and scenarios, we will explore the dynamics of change, how people react to change, and how to use communications to move change forward. We will review a four-step change methodology and develop communication plans that you can put into use in the office.
