We’ll explore the basics, including research, strategy, tactics, measurement, evaluation and budgeting. This will include discussion of the RACE formula, effective tools and techniques, and selecting the right vehicle for your needs—is it an event, a press release or a Facebook page?
By the end of the day, you’ll have honed your planning skills, clearly understand the elements of an effective communications plan, and be ready to research, develop, and draft your own plan.
