Career Services: Educational, Public, and Corporate Settings
Examine the current employment delivery model including employment service centre (ESC) model, and the four tiers system. You will learn the role of case managers, facilitators, job developers and centre advisors in the ESC.
Develop skills as career advisors in secondary schools, as well as education advisors, career advisors and co-op service coordinators in a post-secondary setting. You’ll learn the role of employee development and out-placement personnel in the corporate setting.
