Career Transition Theories
Explore the cultural shift from a linear career management paradigm to a circular career management paradigm, and gain an understanding of both, examine how this shift is affecting individuals’ lives, careers and personal planning, and study the changing and abiding themes and transitions of each decade in an adult's life, including the corresponding changes in goals, values and required skills.
Through case studies, analyze company strategies established to maintain a vibrant work force that serve both the goals of the individual and company.
