Information and Computer Research

Research various kinds of information related to career planning, including training programs and community and financial resources. You’ll collect data, assess its relevancy and accuracy, and create a labour market information report.

We’ll explore the different classification systems for occupations, jobs, and industries, as well as two major types of computer-assisted career guidance (CACG) systems. You’ll apply what you learn in an analysis of CACG systems according to the intended clients, content, structure, and potential application.
