Journaling for Creative Growth

Journaling is one of the most effective tools for creative expression, personal growth and life enrichment. It is also foundational to the process of writing memoir. Through exercises such as dialoguing, mind mapping and character sketches, you will discover the writer within and connect with different parts of yourself and your past. Whether your goal is to write your life story, develop your writing skills or simply become acquainted with your creative self, this course is a fun, explorative way to progress in all three areas.
