Mini-Manuscript Consult with Evelyn Lau

We are pleased to offer creative writers an opportunity to meet with Evelyn Lau, a critically acclaimed author and the current Vancouver Poet Laureate, for a manuscript assessment. You are welcome to submit a maximum of 15 double-spaced pages to Lau, who has written poetry, non-fiction, and fiction.

Lau will read your manuscript before your 50-minute meeting. At the meeting, she may provide you with suggestions about editing, how to publish you work, and how to work with editors and publishers. She may also ask questions about your writing life.

We must receive your 15-page manuscript at least two weeks before the meeting date.
