Career Consultations

We offer writers, editors, corporate communicators, and publishers an opportunity to discuss their career goals and aspirations with a professional in the field. These consultations provide career and education guidance, résumé feedback, suggestions regarding skill development, and coaching. They do not include manuscript assessments or editorial review.

During these private consultations, you'll receive candid advice on how to build on career-focused strengths and skills, and overcome weaknesses and concerns. Many of our instructors are available as consultants in business writing and marketing communication, technical communication, book and magazine publishing, editing, freelance writing, journalism, and creative writing.
