Public Speaking

Whether you communicate with internal or external groups, informally, or on the record, public speaking is vital component of any public relations role.

In this lecture-lab course, you’ll learn and practice proven methods for effective public speaking. Knowing how to modulate your voice, facial expressions, and non-verbal cues will help you convey the right message.
