Program Evaluation

Do your return-to-work, rehabilitation, and disability management programs get results? Are they cost-effective? Can you justify their existence to your CEO or CFO—and to yourself? Covering the essentials of evaluation design and reporting, this course will show you how to determine and show the efficacy of return-to-work programs. We’ll cover different types of program evaluation, including needs, process, and outcome assessment.
