Martin Hunt
Martin Hunt is an artist with a lifelong interest in science and philosophy. He received his Diploma in Fine Art from Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and currently works as an IT specialist at a Downtown Eastside container recycling facility. He is interested in aspects of philosophy that are being informed by advances in science and technology. Martin is also involved in bringing philosophy to the virtual world via Second Life.

Philosophers’ Café is a series of informal public discussions in libraries, cafés, and restaurants throughout Metro Vancouver. The cafés, which are open to everyone, have brought dialogue and discussion to thousands of people who are interested in exploring issues from the absurd to the sublime.
