Charlotte Bell

Charlotte Bell is associate counsel to the business department at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Her primary area of expertise is helping emerging technology, industrial and resource companies obtain public and private financing. Ms. Bell has guided numerous firms in Canada and the United States through initial public offerings, the listing of their securities on the major Canadian stock exchanges, and subsequent public and private equity and debt offerings, including special warrant offerings.
