Ellen Ashdown

Ellen Ashdown is a senior technical writer with 14 years' experience in writing for technology, government, and heavy industry clients. She currently works as a senior project manager and technical writer at MaxHire, where she manages client software implementations and training, and handles all product documentation. An alumna of SFU's Certificate in Technical Communication, her expertise includes print and online technical documentation, web content management, marketing and corporate communications, project management, documentation design and planning, and usability. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Simon Fraser University, with minors in history and publishing.
