Graham Cook

Graham Cook received his BA in sociology at the University of British Columbia and his master's in sociology at the New School for Social Research in New York. He completed his PhD at the University of Toronto; his dissertation research concerned CBC Radio and how journalists make decisions about the stories they cover, the guests they choose, and the way they "spin" the stories they tell. 

He has presented papers at conferences in the United States and Canada on media and social theory, and he has taught at the University of Toronto and UBC. He currently teaches sociology at Capilano University.
