Theresa Best (Master of Publishing) is the editor at the cookbook publisher Whitecap Books. She specializes in editorial management, content development, online publishing, and plain English. Theresa co-chaired the Editors’ Association of Canada’s 2011 national conference, Editing in the Age of e-Everything.
