Dean Holley

Dean Holley is president of CMC Capital Market Consulting Corporation, a BC company that advises law enforcement agencies, dealers and issuers on compliance and regulatory issues. Mr. Holley has been involved in the securities industry for 25 years. He is a former executive director of the BC Securities Commission and has also headed the commission’s enforcement division.
