Inez Gowsell

Inez Gowsell, BA, is a technical writer at SAP Business Objects, an international software company with a head office in Vancouver. Inez has worked in the high-tech industry for over 15 years, alternating between programming and writing documentation. She prefers writing and has produced a variety of documentation, including in-house technical guides and user manuals. In her current role, Inez produces user manuals and provides guidance to students on the technical writing team. When she is not working as a technical writer, Inez participates in yearly scriptwriting and novel-writing challenges, thus finding a place for all the wonderful words that shouldn't be included in user manuals.
