Kelly Frankson is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt who has been leading process improvement and cultural change projects for the last 12 years. She started her career as an analyst for process improvement teams before shifting to leading process improvement projects and then to developing the capacity for others to lead the work. Her current focus is on putting the necessary infrastructure in place to embed a culture of continuous improvement that enables employees to identify opportunities for improvement and empowers employees to proactively address them. Kelly also has holds an MBA, CPIM designation, Prosci Change Management Certification and Coaching Out of the Box Certification. In addition to consulting, she teaches management essentials, business statistics, operations management, continuous improvement and strategy at a variety of post-secondary institutions.
