Linda Hogg

Linda Hogg is an associate counsel at Lang Michener LLP. Her practice is in the area of commercial, corporate and securities law. Ms. Hogg has extensive experience in providing legal services to clients in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, public companies and commercial matters. She was called to the BC bar in 1978. Ms. Hogg’s clients include large and small public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including mining and oil and gas. She regularly advises senior officers and boards of directors on corporate governance and ways to achieve their objectives within the requirements of corporate and securities law.
