Bryan Krafchik

Managing Partner, AKKADIS Change Practice

For the past two decades, Bryan Krafchik has designed and managed learning and communications programs to support organizations undergoing major transformation and change. He has a deep interest and experience in navigating issues of culture change, as well as a reputation for innovative, creative solutions.

Krafchik works predominantly in the public sector, and his clients include UBC, Metro Vancouver, City of Richmond, and BC Hydro. He has a research interest in the role of public space in urban society and its relationship to social change.

He holds a combined BA from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and the University of Cape Town, as well as an honours degree in social anthropology from the University of Cape Town. He also has post-graduate certificates in web-based training and distance education from Tel Aviv and Michigan, respectively.
