Clark Lim has over 22 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning in public, private and academic sectors.
Specializing in planning processes including visioning, governance, analytics and monitoring, Lim utilizes evidence-based approaches that support sound policy frameworks for effective decision making.
Lim is currently principal of Acuere Consulting. He previously worked at public institutions such as the City of Coquitlam, the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Highways, GVRD, University of British Columbia, and TransLink, which he helped establish in 1999.
Lim is a fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and holds a master's degree in civil engineering from UBC. He lectures on transportation engineering and planning at UBC and at the University of Piura in Lima, Peru.
