Duncan Kent

Duncan Kent, BA, MA, is principal of Duncan Kent and Associates Ltd. He has worked for almost 30 years as a professional business and technical writer, documentation consultant, and educator. Duncan has guided the development of more than 300 print and online publications, including policy and procedure manuals, software end-user guides and equipment operations and maintenance manuals. His public writing workshops have been offered in every province and territory in Canada and in-house to more than 70 organizations. Duncan is also a founding member and past president of the local West Coast chapter of the Society for Technical Communication.
