Graham Long, C.Eng., Eng.D., is a decision analyst and UK-chartered (chemical) engineer. He is currently the principal of Compass Resource Management Ltd.
Long has over 20 years of consulting experience in energy and environmental policy assignments for a variety of public- and private-sector clients in Canada, the European Union, the U.S. and Australia. He has acted as the lead facilitator/analyst in numerous multi-stakeholder resource-management decision-making processes, primarily in the energy, endangered species and fish and wildlife management sectors.
Long regularly trains organizations in the use of Structured Decision Making (SDM) processes for high-consequence decisions. He is currently acting as Structured Decision Making (PrOACT) Coach to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on its the Missouri River Recovery Program.
