Robert Kang

Robert Kang is team manager for the resources sector in the listed issuer services department of the TSX Venture Exchange. His duties include the review of major transactions, complex exchange filings, review of exchange offering documents and coordination of new listings. Before joining the exchange in 1992, Mr. Kang, a chartered accountant, was in public practice with Ernst & Young.
