Joe McHugh

Joe McHugh has taught a variety of intriguing non-credit courses concerning art and art history. His academic background includes a BA with a major in economics from Loras College (in the United States), as well as a JD from John Marshall Law School and an MA in Art History from the University of British Columbia. He was also appointed the interim general director of the Vancouver Art Gallery several years ago.
