April Penn

April Penn has been with the BC Securities Commission since 1996. In 2001, she was appointed assistant manager of financial reporting in the corporate finance division. For the past eight years, Ms. Penn has been the SEDAR co-coordinator and sat as the BC representative on the CSA SEDAR Working Group. In 2004, she took on the supervisory role for the insider trading department. For the last four years, Ms. Penn has also been the BC rep on the CSA SEDI Management Committee and the CSA SEDI Working Group.
