Lana Okerlund

Lana Okerlund is a freelance editor for clients such as the Vancouver Art Gallery, Whitecap Books, Heritage House Publishing, and UBC Press. From 2002 to 2007, she was a member of the editorial collective that publishes Room Magazine.

She is a graduate of SFU’s Certificate in Editing program, and she is certified as a copy editor and a proofreader by the Editors’ Association of Canada (EAC). She recently joined EAC’s Certification Steering Committee.

She has also written several business and family history books, and has published articles with The Tyee and BC Business.
