Susan Petrina is an accomplished trainer, facilitator and coach with 25 years of international experience supporting individuals and teams to effectively and joyfully bring their unique contributions to the workplace. She has crafted, implemented and evaluated programs in leadership, teambuilding, career development, communications, customer relations, and conflict resolution at every level of the organization from international senior management teams down to front-line staff.
As a founding partner of Petrina & Partners, Sweden, she has been part of a small team that over the past decade has specialized in delivering customized comprehensive multi-module team and leadership programs for ethnically diverse teams for international clients. Closest to her heart is working with individuals to overcome the personal or inner blocks that prevent them from being the best version of themselves in the workplace.
Currently Susan resides in Vancouver, B.C., where she teaches for Simon Fraser University and consults for local and European clients. Among her former clients are IKEA Group, Sony, Ericsson, Stockholm’s Institute for Leadership, Australian Laboratory Systems, Right Management and Skanska Construction, to name a few.
