Andrew Richardson

Andrew Richardson is deputy director, corporate finance, at the BC Securities Commission. He manages the group that monitors prospectus filings, other offering documents, corporate disclosure and insider reporting. Mr. Richardson joined the BCSC in 1994 as a securities analyst. Subsequently, he became manager of the financial and insider reporting department and then manager of the finance and corporate analysis group. Before joining the BCSC, Mr. Richardson, a chartered accountant, worked for six years at the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.
