Kathy Tang

Kathy Tang is an associate at Boughton Law Corporation, where she practises in the securities, corporate finance, and corporate and commercial group. From 2002 to 2005, Ms. Tang worked in the corporate finance division of the BC Securities Commission, where she reviewed public companies’ offering documents and continuous disclosure and participated in policy initiatives of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
