Mani Sanghera

Mani Sanghera is team manager of compliance and disclosure services at the TSX Venture Exchange. The compliance and disclosure services department performs oversight of exchange-listed issuers and their management to ensure compliance with exchange requirements. In his role, Mr. Sanghera deals with listed companies concerning corporate governance issues such as continuous disclosure, management misconduct and trading irregularities. He is qualified as a chartered accountant in both England and Canada and recently received his FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
