Mani Sanghera

Mani Sanghera is managing director of compliance in the capital formations teams at the TSX & TSX Venture Exchange. He leads a diverse team of qualified industry professionals that assist listed issuer clients and their management teams to ensure compliance with applicable marketplace and securities law requirements including for trading, disclosure and good corporate governance practices. His team engages directly with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, Securities Regulators and other market participants.

Mani has over 25 years of securities and investment industry experience including as a Chartered Accountant helping clients to go public and as a securities examiner responsible for monitoring the capital solvency of broker dealers and Capital Markets Registrant compliance. Mani is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada and the U.K. and has been awarded fellowship by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
