Marylee Stephenson

Marylee Stephenson completed her doctorate in sociology at UBC. She is active as a coach in business English and is also a professional storyteller and standup comic. She is the founder of CS/RESORS Consulting, Ltd., a program-evaluation and social-policy-research firm located in North Vancouver.

She is the author of two books: The Galapagos Islands (2015) and Canada’s National Parks: A Visitor’s Guide (1983). An avid scholar of the 18th-century English lexicographer and man-of-letters Dr. Samuel Johnson, she has a large collection of Johnsoniana.
