Punjabi Language and Culture Camp

Learn Punjabi through games, movies, songs and dances! This is a special two-week day camp at SFU Surrey designed to give children a fun language and culture immersion experience that will help them explore the multifaceted Punjabi culture. The camp program is geared toward children with beginner to intermediate level Punjabi, aged 8 to 13. An informal assessment will be carried out on the first day of camp. Please see our sample day plan for a glimpse of the program!

The full-day, inter-level program prepares participants to use Punjabi in all interactions and activities. Language learning is spiced up by traditional games, movies, and craft lessons. There will never be a dull moment! Children will be bringing home various projects they work on at the camp.
