Connor Beaton, a local leadership and management expert, is joining us for a LIVE Twitter chat on becoming a good leader. We'll discuss developing your leadership style, building powerful relationships, the importance of communication, and more.
We'll start with these five questions:
- What's the difference between a leader and a manager?
- What are the most important qualities of a great leader?
- How will I know I'm ready to move into a leadership role?
- What is my leadership style, and where do I need to grow?
- What is the hardest part about being a leader?
