Certificate in Business Communication and Professional Writing

Bring your business writing up to industry standards

Effective communication is key to every organization’s success. Employers depend on communications professionals who can write and speak clearly—because they produce a vast array of key communications pieces:

  • Annual reports
  • Position papers
  • Grant applications
  • Communication plans
  • Marketing materials
  • Speeches
  • Media pitches
  • Press releases

It takes training, research, and practice to make sure these documents inform, compel, and persuade readers.
