Transportation and parking

We advise you to arrive early, car pool or take public transit.

Follow the directions on convocation signage and traffic control staff will direct you to the complimentary convocation parking areas on campus.

Arrival

You should be on campus to pick up your parchment and regalia between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. for a morning ceremony and between 12:45 and 1:45 p.m. for an afternoon ceremony.

Proof of vaccination

Go to the northeast corner of the Academic Quadrangle (level 3000), where you will show PHO approved proof of vaccination and valid government photo ID. Graduands will need to be at least partially vaccinated with one dose. Once your proof of vaccination has been checked, you’ll proceed to pick up your parchment and regalia. We expect high volumes of people, so please have your documentation ready.

We invite graduands who are unable to show PHO approved proof of vaccination to participate in convocation virtually. The live broadcast will be available on the day of the event from the convocation website. Graduands who are unable to show PHO approved proof of vaccination will not be permitted to enter the event space.
