2-14	Sept - Dec	Register for and complete BOL 2 if this is your first work term.
3	Sept 13	Complete the placement information on Symplicity and discuss your learning objectives with your supervisor.
7	Oct 15	Complete and return your student midterm checkin form and, if applicable, discuss with your supervisor the possibility of extending your work term to eight months.
9	Oct 25	Last day to pay Co-op practicum fees
7-13	Oct 15 - Nov 29	Site Visits A coordinator will contact you to schedule a meeting with you and your supervisor. Be sure to submit your completed mid-term check-up form before your meeting.
15	Dec 15	Workterm report, employer release form, student and supervisor evaluation forms and updated resume due in WMX 2313_.
